Rates

Rates inlcude cleaning fee and taxes

Minimum 3 night stay

Prime time (6/1 - 9/7) rentals go Saturday to Saturday

9/8 - 10/31	.......$400 per week
11/1 - 3/31	.......$300 per week
4/1 - 5/31	.......$450 per week
6/1 - 9/7	.......$625 per week
9/7 to 3/31	.......$850 monthly

Deposit

A $150 security/damage deposit is needed to hold your reservation. The deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded to you by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear. There is a $10 charge if a key is lost. There is no smoking and no pets allowed. Failure to comply with this request will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Cancellations

Written notification of cancellation needs to be received 60 days or more before your arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee. Otherwise, your entire deposit will be forfeited. If written notice is received in less than 60 days, the rental fees will be forfeited only if the condo can be re-rented.

Keys

For your convenience, we provide you with 2 keys - one can be found in the lockbox on the front door; the other will be on the kitchen counter. To allow for cleaning, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Furnishings

Our condo is completely furnished and includes linens and kitchen items in hopes that you will feel right at home!
